No temptation is beyond what God will help us bear, and He always provides a way out.
“There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV)
What does “Escape” mean in 1 Corinthians 10:13?
Paul says God is faithful, which means He can be counted on to keep His word. The way to escape he promises is an actual exit, not just a call to endure.

Paul wrote to a church with many people tempted to drift back to old habits. He gives them three comforts in one sentence. First, temptation is common to man, so no one is facing something completely unique. Second, God is faithful, and He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able. Third, He will provide a way to escape, so that we can bear it. Each promise takes a little of the weight off.
The way out is often practical and small: leaving a room, closing a screen, calling a friend, or praying before we decide. Look for it. It is usually there, but it is easy to overlook when we are focused on what we want. If there is a temptation that keeps returning, tell someone you trust, and ask God to show you the exit He has already provided. You do not have to fight alone, and you do not have to fight in your own strength.
