At all times
Praise is meant to be a constant habit, not only a Sunday activity.
“I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.”Psalm 34:1 (KJV)
What it means
David wrote this psalm after a narrow escape, and he resolves to bless the LORD in every circumstance. The word continually means that praise is a steady stream, not an occasional event.
Reflect
What small habit could help you praise God more often during your day?
