Creation speaks of the glory of its Maker.

What does “Wonder” mean in Psalm 19:1?
The word firmament is the sky, the great expanse stretched overhead. The psalm says the heavens are declaring God's glory, as though the sky itself were speaking.
Going deeper
David looks up and sees a message written across the sky. He says the heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork. Day after day and night after night, creation is speaking without words. Every sunrise, every star, and every cloud points to a Creator who is wise, powerful, and generous. You do not need a special education to hear it. The message is available to everyone under the sky.
The rest of Psalm 19 moves from creation to Scripture, saying that God has spoken clearly in both. Creation shows us His greatness, and His word shows us His heart. Today, take a moment to notice the world around you with fresh eyes. Look at the light on a wall, the sound of birds, the shape of a leaf. Let wonder become worship, and say thank you to the One who made it all for us to enjoy.
