A few honest sentences, repeated through the day, are enough. Choose one situation and pray about it at set times this week, morning, noon, and evening. Ask God for hope, patience, and persistence. Prayer that continues, even quietly, becomes a steady source of strength. Prayer offered in every kind of weather trains the heart to trust. Start today, and keep at it.
