It needs to be regular, because the pull of sin and discouragement is constant. Sin is called deceitful, meaning it sneaks up on us and makes wrong seem right. We protect one another by speaking honest, kind words often.

It might be reminding a friend of God's faithfulness or telling them what you appreciate about them. Set a small goal of encouraging one person every day this week.
