God promised to pour out His Spirit on all people, young and old, sons and daughters.

What does “All flesh” mean in Acts 2:17?
Peter quotes the prophet Joel to explain what the crowd had just seen. The words all flesh mean every kind of person, without limit of age, gender, or status.
Going deeper
When some in the crowd mocked the disciples, Peter stood and explained what was happening. It was the fulfillment of an ancient promise: I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. The Spirit would no longer come only on a few special leaders. He would come on everyone who belongs to God.
Notice the inclusion: sons and daughters, young and old. No one is left out. The Spirit gives every believer a part to play. If you have ever felt too young, too old, or too ordinary to be used by God, this verse says otherwise. Ask Him what He wants to do through you, whatever your age. Encourage someone from a different generation this week, and listen to what God is showing them. The Spirit is poured out on all.
