How we handle small things shows whether we can be trusted with bigger ones.
“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.”Luke 16:10 (KJV)
What does “Faithful in little” mean in Luke 16:10?
Jesus says this in a teaching about money and stewardship. Faithfulness and dishonesty are not measured by size, but show up the same in small and large matters.

Jesus says, He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. It is a principle of character. The person who returns extra change, keeps a small promise, or does a task well when no one is watching is showing who they are. The same person will be trustworthy with more. Small choices are training for larger ones.
This makes every ordinary task meaningful. The way you handle a modest budget, a routine assignment, or a small favor is part of your service to God. Look for a small thing that you have been careless about, and give it attention today. It might be returning a call, finishing a chore, or telling the truth in a minor detail. Faithfulness in the least is the doorway to the greater work God may give you.
