Jesus can do great things with the small gifts we bring Him.

What does “Five loaves” mean in John 6:9?
A boy offered his lunch of five barley loaves and two fish when thousands were hungry. Andrew doubted it would matter, but Jesus used it to feed the crowd.

Andrew said to Jesus, There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many? It was a fair question. The need was huge and the supply was tiny. But Jesus took what was offered, gave thanks, and fed the crowd with plenty left over. The boy did not have much, but he gave what he had, and Jesus did the rest.
We often feel that what we have is too small to matter: a little time, a little money, a small skill. This story says to bring it anyway. Do not measure your gift against the size of the need. Offer it to Jesus and let Him multiply it. Ask yourself what small thing you could put in His hands this week. It could be an hour of help, a modest gift, or a word of encouragement. Trust Him with what happens next.
