God gives strength that matches each day, no more and no less than we need.

What does “Strength for the day” mean in Deuteronomy 33:25?
Moses blessed the tribe of Asher with these words. The promise is that as the days come, so shall strength be, a supply sized to each day's demands.

Moses said, as thy days, so shall thy strength be. It is a simple promise with a wide reach. Whatever the day requires, God provides the strength to meet it. The verse does not promise a stockpile for the future, only that each day will have what it needs. This matches the way God fed Israel with manna, enough for today, and asked them to trust Him for tomorrow.
That helps with dread about hard days ahead. We may feel we do not have the strength for next month or next year, and we are right: we do not have it yet. But we will have it when the day comes. Ask God for strength for today's tasks, conversations, and challenges. Then take today as it comes. When tomorrow arrives, ask again. He provides day by day, and His supply is enough. Take today's step in today's strength, and leave tomorrow's step for tomorrow's strength. That is how He provides.
