Praise and thanks are an offering we can bring to God every day.

What does “Offering” mean in Hebrews 13:15?
The writer speaks of the sacrifice of praise, using the language of the temple for something anyone can offer. The fruit of our lips means words of thanks spoken to God's name.

In the Old Testament, people brought animals and grain to the altar. The writer of Hebrews says that because of Jesus, we bring something different: the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. Praise is an offering, and it costs something. It costs our attention and our pride, and sometimes it means giving thanks when we do not feel like it. Yet God receives it gladly.
The word continually tells us this is not only for Sunday. You can offer thanks in the car, in the kitchen, at your desk, or in the middle of a hard day. Try building a small habit: each time you notice something good, say thank You aloud. When something is hard, offer thanks for one thing that is still true about God. Praise offered in ordinary places becomes part of a life that honors Him, one word at a time.
